Our podcast series will feature public health and healthcare leaders from health systems, managed care organizations, federally-qualified health centers and city/county health departments sharing their strategies to managing population health.

Many community based organizations are facing limited resources but increased need for staff and Board development, technical assistance with fundraising and launching social innovations, and program expansion.  This series will present innovative approaches and solutions to growth.

We will talk with community, corporate and family foundation leadership and hear how they address critical system and community-level issues.  In the Solution will feature how philanthropy can leverage resources, act as neutral brokers with key stakeholders and provide capacity building and technical assistance to social safety net providers that build prosperity and well-being for all, especially those at the margins.
